Fabrication

Hi-TECH operates a full range of state-of-the-art CNC forming, laser cutting and punching processes to create the most complex enclosures and metal parts for your small to medium volume requirements. These processes can accommodate all standard and custom designs.

Our laser cutting is especially useful for your designs of unusual shapes and require no hard tooling. This gives Hi-TECH maximum flexibility and the ability to provide the product at the lowest possible start-up cost.

Machining Centers
Hi-TECH has invested in top of the line CNC milling and turning equipment. From steel to stainless steel, from aluminum to plastic, Hi-TECH can accommodate your material requirements.

Welding
Welding is critical to a structurally sound enclosure product. Whether it is MIG, or TIG welding, the control of the process and the skill of our trained personnel consistently produce high quality welds, whether the material is steel, stainless or aluminum. Hi-TECH's fabrication operations are organized in manufacturing cells. Dedicated equipment and personnel are the heart of our cellular manufacturing process. Our pull through manufacturing process assures Just-in-Time product delivery to the customer.

Assembly
Hi-TECH's capabilities cover a full range of assembly and integration. Hi-TECH can provide fabricated piece parts or can assemble piece parts to form an enclosure.
